This fun, fast-paced class is designed just for women who are ready to build skills, boost confidence, and compete in a supportive, social environment!
Class Breakdown:
🔹 First 30 Minutes – Warm-up, dink drills, and serve practice to sharpen your fundamentals.
🔹 Next 60 Minutes – Fast-paced, competitive play with rotating partners to keep things fresh and challenging.
Whether you’re newer to the game or working your way up to intermediate play, Ladies Who Dink is the perfect blend of instruction, movement, and fun.
